These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by NWConnect, operated by NWCONNECT DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA (São Paulo, Brazil). They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

NWConnect sends text messages to share personalized website previews, follow-ups, scheduling, and service-related updates with businesses that have asked to hear from us.

How You Opt In (Consent)

You consent to receive text messages from NWConnect by providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted — for example, verbally during a phone call when you ask us to text you a website preview or related information. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not opted in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, sending a preview link and a small number of follow-ups).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NWConnect does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
