NWConnect designs, builds, hosts, and maintains premium websites for businesses, along with related services such as SEO setup and a results dashboard. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for your project are defined in the proposal, order, or checkout you accept.
You agree to provide accurate information and the content (text, images, logos, business details) needed to build your site, and to confirm you hold the necessary rights to that content. Timely feedback and approvals help us deliver on schedule.
Upon full payment of amounts due, you receive a license to use the website we deliver for your business. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, frameworks, tools, and reusable code. Your own content and trademarks remain yours.
We follow professional SEO and AEO best practices to help your site rank and be discovered. However, search-engine rankings and specific results depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: search-engine algorithm changes (which occur frequently and without notice); paid advertising and paid placements by other businesses that may appear above organic results; the level of competition in your market; the accuracy and freshness of third-party listings and directories; and the policies of search engines, AI engines, and other third-party platforms. SEO is a long-term effort and results are not immediate.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, placement, traffic level, lead volume, impressions, or revenue, and no statement made by us — in marketing, conversation, or otherwise — should be interpreted as such a guarantee. Any reference to a ranking goal (such as “top 3”) describes the standard we build toward, not a promised outcome.
By contacting us or engaging our services, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, email, and text message as described in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Phone calls may be recorded, and we disclose this at the start of recorded calls.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with others’ use.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWConnect disclaims implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms, together with the proposal or order you accept, the Privacy Policy, and the SMS Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and NWConnect and supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations, promises, or statements — whether oral or written, including marketing materials. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
